MANNAHILL
Mannahill is an extremely small town
with a population of nine. (Yes, just nine only people) but still
legitimately qualifies for a Bust Out synopsis.
The Mannahill Pub is your classic Road
House Hotel
 that
depends on the road traffic to survive. The difference with this pub
is that the Mannahill Museum is a part of the pubs offer.
The Mannahill War Memorial has been
very recently been given a facelift and has been formally
re-commissioned. Over 90 people turned up for the formality, including
a 90 year old vet, whose name is etched on to the cenotaph.
There is not a lot at Mannahill, but
the town certainly deserves a stop-off for refreshments, museum visit
and a study of the War Memorial.
Only nine people live at Mannahill,
but they sure are active.
